I'm not going to criticize the magnetic gearing but I will point out that speed is unregulated on that power tool, under load like that you are at a much lower rpm than the dial indicates. A non-contact tachometer would be needed to measure actual speed. Neat demonstration however.

Bearden speaks of drawing off power without destroying the dipole; I looked deeply into Floyd Sweet 's circuit and believe he was doing that, separating common mode currents from differential mode, with a pair of bifilar coils. The common mode currents would freewheel to continue running the resonance, while differential currents would be extracted as output

You are transferring no power, so it has zero efficiency. Sure, the little wheel is turning faster, but that is doing nothing but overcoming friction. drive something, like a generator, so you can electrically load & test the output power. i bet you can't get more than 10% of the power in, out. That's why 'magnetic gears' aren't used to transmit power.

I keep watching Battlebot shows hoping one of them finally uses a magnetic coupler for their heavy flywheel type weapons to eliminate the belts and chains that tend to cripple their bots when they fly.

They say you need a high voltage diode across this bucking coil Transformer along with a capacitor. The output was supposed to be eight times the input.

Nice to see repair videos like this, but... 1. Get a tripod, this shake is making me sea sick. 2. No fingernail polish please! Those painted nails are very distracting as they flutter around. I tell this to women all the time. DIY videos need focus on DIY not hands, hair, nails, faces, or music. Wear gloves so we don't have that distraction. See it from the viewer point of view. 3. Better lighting for dark insides. Headlamp would work great. 4. Read the manual on your own time please. We are here to benefit from your expertise, not novice learning.

Yep - 99% of this was wrong.

After 4 years this video still helped ! the only down side to this was all of my previous files i had saved on the printer was deleted , but now at least my new prints shows up and works :)

Evidently, and luckily the tree was balanced evenly, it could have fallen in any direction. The notch was way too big. Do NOT copy this guys technique, he only had about two inches left for his back cut.
